Senior international supply chain, operations and transformation leader with 30+ years of experience across fulfilment, logistics, network development, product operations and sustainable innovation in Europe and Asia. I translate strategy into operating models, cross-functional execution and measurable business outcomes in complex, multi-site environments.
But what energizes me most is people. I've built teams from scratch across three continents, coached and mentored individuals through major change, and consistently achieved top employee engagement wherever I've led — because I believe sustainable results come from clarity, trust, and bringing people along, not just moving faster. Developing people and leading through change, together, is the throughline of my career.

Omnichannel network strategy
Built IKEA Switzerland’s omnichannel network from the ground up; reduced fulfilment costs by ~1.5–2% annually, cut lead time from 5 to 2 days, raised zero-emission deliveries from 0% to 69%, and lifted the happy customer score to 87%.
European supply operations
Improved European supply operations, contributing to a 0.6% supply-cost reduction and a 12% improvement in on-time delivery performance.
Multicultural team building
Built and led multicultural teams across three continents, including building a team in China from scratch that achieved the highest global employee satisfaction.
Sustainable packaging transformation
Led a global packaging and process transformation that removed 5,000 truck journeys per year, lowered logistics costs by 35%, delivered EUR 100M savings in one year, and reduced material use by 15,000 tons.
